This morning, in the hopes of pretending that it wasn’t Monday and the work week was not at its beginning, I took it upon myself to pay a little homage to the fabulous Blair Eadie of Atlantic Pacific. Such homage existed primarily of taking this look she posted last week and putting a little LOF spin on it.
A little more red, a little more wind and a lot more “Where’s Waldo.” The look would have been complete had I thrown on a striped beanie but, alas, one wasn’t to be found within my closet and I wasn’t that committed to the “Waldo” theme. I was, however, committed to the strict interpretation of Blair’s style and stance. So the beanie had to take a hike. Besides, I am going to a law office here. And I am pretty sure I know the firm's policy on headwear.
Oh yeah, did I fail to mention that I wore this to work?

I'm dying to see a close up of your engagement ring- it looks so classic. Maybe you can add a post about it? :)
The red really stands out, I think it would work great in the office and for those that are not so daring, they can put a black cropped blazer with it. Now I wish I had red trousers.

OH MY HELLO!!!
You look amazing in this outfit and I would say Blair would be proud! You must have a more relaxed office attire dress code for a lawfirm, some of my readers who work in legal said their office was business professional. That white suit you liked in today's post is Dolce & Gabbana.
great photos. how great that your firm is more relaxed, we have to wear suits to work...
Hope you had a great New Year!
you did it justice!
