Today is the first day of September. I have basically spent the entire day explaining to myself (and others) why Starbuck's Pumpkin Spice Latte has already returned or why Halloween decorations are out in stores. Fall is upon us.
Perhaps if I lived in New York (or really any city with actual seasons) it might be more evident than it is here in Los Angeles. Which is why I am in love with these shots of Jacquelyn Jablonski by Catherine Servel for Telegraph Magazine's August 2010 issue. This is what I dream New York is like this time of year. And if it was, and if I was there, this is what I dream I would be wearing. Head scarf and everything.
